Oppo is all set to launch its new smartphone Oppo Reno 5 Pro 5G on January 18, 2021. The company has released a teaser of the phone on social media, which has revealed some of the features of the phone. The Oppo Renault 5 Pro 5G phone has been launched in China in December, coming in two variants. Its 8GB + 128GB storage model is priced at CNY 3,399 (approximately Rs. 38,200) and the 12GB + 256GB storage variant is priced at CNY 3,799 (approximately Rs. 42,700).
The Oppo Renault 5 Pro 5G has been introduced in China, so the features of its Indian variant can be gauged. It has a 6.55-inch full-HD + (1,080×2,400 pixels) OLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate, 92.1 percent screen-to-body ratio and 420PPI pixel density. Apart from this the phone is equipped with MediaTek Dimension 1000+ processor, with ARM G77 MC9 GPU and 12 GB RAM.

The Oppo Renault 5 Pro 5G phone works on ColorOS 11.1 based on Android 11. The phone comes with three color options Aurora Blue, Moonlight Night and Starry Night. As for the camera, the Oppo Renault 5 Pro may have a triple rear camera setup. It has a 64-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra wide sensor and two 2-megapixel sensors. The phone also has 256GB of storage, which cannot be expanded with a microSD card.
For power, this phone has a 4,350mAh battery, which comes with 65W fast charging support. For connectivity, it includes dual-band Wi-Fi for charging, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS / A-GPS, GLONASS, 3.5 mm headphone jack and USB Type-C port.
