યોજનાનું નામ
PM-KISAN યોજના એટલે ‘પ્રધાનમંત્રી કિસાન સન્માન નિધિ.
મુખ્ય હેતુ :
ભારત સરકારશ્રી દ્વારા ખેડૂતોની આવક વધારવાના ભાગરૂપે ખેતી કરતા ખેડૂત કુટુંબને સહાયરૂપ થવા માટે ૧૦૦% કેન્દ્ર સહાયિત યોજના તરીકે પ્રધાનમંત્રી કિસાન સન્માન નિધિ યોજના જાહેર કરવામાં આવેલ છે.
સહાયનું ધોરણ:
ખેડૂત કુટુંબને પ્રતિ વર્ષ રૂ.૬૦૦૦/- સહાય ડાયરેક્ટ બેનિફિટ ટ્રાન્સફર (ડી.બી.ટી.) માધ્યમથી મળવાપાત્ર થશે. જે ત્રણ સમાન હપ્તામાં ચાર માસના અંતરે ચુકવવામાં આવશે. જેમાં પહેલા હપ્તા તરીકે તારીખ ૦૧/૧૨/૨૦૧૮ થી ૩૧/૦૩/૨૦૧૯ સુધીનો સમયગાળો રહેશે. ત્યાર બાદ દર ચાર માસના અંતરે બીજા હપ્તાઓ ચુકવવામાં આવશે.
સહાય મેળવવા અંગેની પાત્રતા
પતિ, પત્નિ અને સગીર બાળકો (૧૮ વર્ષથી ઓછી વયના) કે જેઓ પૈકી કોઇ પણ વ્યક્તિગત કે સંયુક્ત રીતે પોતાની ખેડાણ લાયક જમીન ધરાવતા હોય (સંસ્થાકીય જમીનધારકો સિવાયના) અને તે પૈકીના કોઇ પણ સભ્ય સહાય મળવાપાત્ર નથી તે કેટેગરીમાં સમાવિષ્ટ ન હોય તેવા તમામ ખેડુત કુટુંબ સહાય મેળવવા પાત્રતા ધરાવે છે.
સહાય અરજી માટે જરૂરી વિગતો:
ખેડુતનું નામ, ગામ, તાલુકો, આધાર નંબર, કેટેગરી, IFSC કોડ અને બેંક ખાતાની વિગતો.
ખેડૂત કુટુંબે લાભ મેળવવા શું કરવું ?
- આ યોજનાનો લાભ લેવા માંગતા ખાતેદાર ખેડૂતોએ પોતાના ગામમાં જ નક્કી થયેલ સર્વિસ પ્રોવાઇડર મારફત(https://www.digitalgujarat.gov.in/) પોર્ટલ પર ઓનલાઇન અરજી કરાવવી.
- સર્વિસ પ્રોવાઇડર જેવા કે વિલેજ કોમ્પ્યુટર એન્ટરપ્રિનીયોર (વી.સી.ઇ.), દુધ મંડળી, સહકારી મંડળી, અન્ય કોઇ સરકારી અથવા સહકારી સંસ્થા/વ્યક્તિ મારફત અરજી કરાવવી.
- અરજીકર્તાએ એ વિગતો સહિતનું ફોર્મ અને સંલગ્ન એકરારનામાની પ્રિન્ટ લઈ સહી કરી બેન્ક એકાઉન્ટ વિગત માટે ચેક/પાસબુકની નકલ અને આધારકાર્ડની સ્વ-પ્રમાણિત નકલ ડેટા એન્ટ્રી કેન્દ્ર ખાતે જમા કરાવવાની રહેશે. તલાટીએ તમામ વિગતો / દસ્તાવેજો એકત્રિત કરી લેવાના રહેશે. યોજના અમલીકરણના પ્રથમ વર્ષના પ્રથમ હપ્તા તરીકે આધારકાર્ડ નંબર ન હોય તો, તેવા કિસ્સામાં આધાર એનરોલમેન્ટ નંબર, ડ્રાઇવીંગ લાયસન્સ, ચુંટણીકાર્ડ વગેરે ઓળખપત્ર તરીકે આપવાનું રહેશે. પરંતુ ત્યારબાદ આધારકાર્ડ તેમજ આધાર સીડેડ બેન્ક એકાઉન્ટની વિગત ફરજીયાત પણે આપવાની રહેશે.
- જમીન ધારક ખેડૂત કુટુંબ પૈકી લેન્ડ રોકોર્ડ પર નામ ધરાવતા વ્યક્તિ જો ગામમાં ન હોય અથવા ગામમાં રહેતા ન હોય તો તેમના વતી ખેડૂત કુટુંબ પૈકીના અન્ય પુખ્ત વ્યક્તિ એકરારનામું રજુ કરી શકશે. જે માટે એકરાનામું કરનાર વ્યક્તિએ પોતાનું નામ અને જમીન ધારક સાથેનો સબંધ એકરારનામાના નીચે ઉલ્લેખ કરવાનો રહેશે.
- અરજીઓને ગ્રામસભામાં મંજૂરી મળેથી સહાય પાત્ર ગણાશે
જમીન ધારકતા માટે ધોરણો :
- જમીન ધારકતાની ગણતરી માટે તા.૦૧/૦૨/૨૦૧૯ની સ્થિતીની જમીન ધારકતા ધ્યાને લેવાની રહેશે.
- જમીન ધારકના મૃત્યુના કારણે વારસાઇથી માલિકી હક્ક ટ્રાન્સ્ફર સિવાયના કિસ્સામાં આગામી પાંચ વર્ષ સુધીના કોઇ પણ નવા જમીન ધારકને આ લાભ મળવાપાત્ર રહેશે નહિ.
- તા. ૦૧/૧૨/૨૦૧૮ થી તા.૦૧/૦૨/૨૦૧૯ સુધીના સમયગાળામાં જમીન ધારક તરીકે નોંધાયેલ જમીન ધારકને લેન્ડ રેકોર્ડમાં જમીન ધારણ કર્યા અંગેની નોંધણી તારીખથી લાભ મળવાપાત્ર થશે,
- આવા કિસ્સાઓ કે જ્યાં ખરીદી, વારસાઇ, વસિયતનામા, ભેટ સહિતના કારણોએ ખેડાણ લાયક જમીનની માલિકીના હક્ક તા.૦૧/૧૨/૨૦૧૮ થી તા.૩૧/૦૧/૨૦૧૯ના સમયગાળામાં ટ્રાન્સફર થયા હોય તેવા કિસ્સામાં નાણાકીય વર્ષ ૨૦૧૮-૧૯ના પ્રથમ હપ્તા માટે ટ્રાન્સફર તારીખથી તા.૩૧/૦૩/૨૦૧૯ સુધીના સમયગાળા માટે ચાર મહિનાના પ્રમાણમાં લાભ મળવા પાત્ર થશે.
સહાય કોને મળવાપાત્ર નથી :
યોજના હેઠળ નીચે દર્શાવેલ ઉચ્ચ આર્થિક દરજ્જો ધરાવતા ખેડૂત કુટુંબ લાભ માટે ગેરપાત્ર ઠરશે.
(અ) સંસ્થાકીય જમીનધારકો
(બ) જમીન ધારક ખેડૂત કુટુંબમાંની કોઇ એક અથવા વધુ વ્યક્તિ કે જેઓનો નીચેના પૈકી કોઇમાં સમાવેશ થતો હોય.

૩.સેવારત અને નિવૃત્ત (તમામ) – કેન્દ્ર અને રાજ્ય સરકારના મંત્રાલય/કચેરીઓ/ વિભાગો અને તેની ક્ષેત્રીય કચેરીઓ, કેન્દ્ર અને રાજ્ય સરકારના તમામ જાહેર સાહસોના, કેન્દ્ર અને રાજ્ય સરકાર હસ્તકની તમામ સ્વાયત્ત અને સંલગ્ન સંસ્થાઓના તેમજ સ્થાનિક સંસ્થાઓના નિયમિત (મલ્ટી ટાસ્કિંગ સ્ટાફ/ વર્ગ-૪/ ગ્રુપ- ડી સિવાયના) તમામ અધિકારી, કર્મચારી
૪. બ-૨/૩ પૈકીના તમામ વય નિવૃત્ત/નિવૃત્ત પેન્શનધારકો કે જેઓ પ્રતિમાસ રૂ. ૧૦,૦૦૦/- કે તેથી વધુ પેન્શન મેળવતા હોય (મલ્ટી ટાસ્કિંગ સ્ટાફ/વર્ગ-૪/ગ્રુપ-ડી સિવાયના)
૫. છેલ્લા આકારણી વર્ષમાં ઇન્કમટેક્ષ ચૂકવેલ કરદાતા તેમજ વ્યવસાયિકો જેવા કે ડોકટર, એન્જિનિયર, વકીલ, ચાટર્ડ એકાઉન્ટન્ટ અને આર્કિટેકટ કે જેઓ વ્યવસાયિક સંસ્થાઓ સાથે નોંધણી ધરાવતા હોય અને પ્રેક્ટિસ સ્વરૂપે વ્યવસાય ધરાવતા હોય.
